Before working with her walking our small dog and our puppy who was maybe 20lbs at the time was a nightmare. Today the puppy is 70lbs and I can walk both of them easily. Kaylee is open to modifying methods to what works for your dog and doesnt try and force them into a box. She is also so understanding of the "more difficult" breeds. She never trys to make them what they arent, She loved our rottie maggie for who she was. Ive taken both the beginner, intermediate and personal classes and will definitely be taking anything else she offers!! I hardly trust anyone to care for our dogs and will bw boarding our dogs with her for an upcoming wedding. I seriously can not recommend her enough ❤️

She sends daily videos that not only help with the missing of your pet, but are very informative. She is there to help even after the transition home. I highly recommend her. He was about 4.5 months and really needed to work on some impulse control (like lots of puppies). This girl had him sitting and holding a stay IN PUBLIC while walking out of sight. We sent our one and a half year old German Shepherd for the 3 week reactivity board and train program and were blown away by the results. Prior to going through the program Kaiser was unpredictable and would lunge towards other dogs and people so we were not comfortable taking him places with us. Since going we have been able to take him camping with us and enjoy the relationship and trust that Canine Unifursity helped us build. He had a history of being super bossy, chasing small dogs, and basically running our household.    Then we found Canine Unifursity! We have been soooo pleasantly pleased with the change we see in him after the 3-week reactivity program. They helped us understand the why behind his behavior, sent us daily updates and training videos, and made sure we were equipped to continue when Comet came home. We had our 11 month old mini golden doodle, Lizzie, go to their 4 week board and train program. There are so many positive things I could say about Kaylee and this program, but here are just a few :)
-Initially, the idea of sending Lizzie away for 4 weeks felt so hard, but upon communicating and meeting Kaylee all of those reservations went away. They truly love the dogs they work with and I had perfect peace with Lizzie working and living with Jake and Kaylee! You can tell this is not just a job to them and they invest so much time, energy, and love.
-The communication throughout Lizzie’s whole program was excellent. We loved and appreciated the videos of Lizzie and her training. It also greatly helped my family and I to know how we could be successful with Lizzie upon her return home. We did not know how to communicate our wants and needs to Lizzie and now we have the ability to do that-total game changer!!
-I appreciated how Kaylee made sure to ask and work on the specific issues with Lizzie that were important to us. A few issues that Lizzie had that we really wanted corrected were she would not come when we called, jumping on people, pulling when lease walking. ALL of those and more have been resolved and so many new skills learned on top of those!!
-Prior to Lizzie’s training with Jake and Kaylee there were so many aspects of dog ownership that were stressful and frustrating and now there is SO much JOY and EASE (for my family, our guests, and Lizzie)!!
-Canine Unifursity has been such a blessing to our family and we would recommend them to any and everyone!!!!

My absolute favorite thing, is getting these “things we couldn’t do before training” updates from clients.Exhibit A:Black Lab Lilah & Cardigan Corgi Beulah. Stayed with us for a month due to fighting. Injuries to the Corgi. Misplaced drive all around. Intensive training + follow through & management at home = this ⬇️ A better life together, the absolute best. Exhibit B:I remember getting Abby in (right) back in 2023 after her family had done all the training they thought they were supposed to do, but were missing that ONE piece that really changed their relationship & brought real change into their home. I remember a text message update from them walking their dogs, coffee in hand (SO nice 🙌). Then, they brought a new girl home (Greta, left), and felt so much more prepared on what to do and expect. Training really does bring peace & confidence back into your life with your dogs. November is full. We’re booking board & train programs for December for 1-3 week programs. 4+ week programs are booking for January. We can’t wait to meet our new families & receive even more stories 🐾~Kaylee ...

We want to give a big thank you to all of our families who drive quite the distance to come train with us. We are absolutely honored.Golden Retriever Finn aka Finnegan Grey’s family comes from 3 hours away to put their pup through our program & we’re so glad they do. Finn is officially a 4 Week ELITE board & train program graduate! He began with our 2 week program earlier this year for in-home basic obedience, then returned for his next 2 weeks where we worked on recall and leash walking around distractions in public.
